The
National Reining Breeders Classic is a Texas nonprofit
corporation.
The
National Reining Breeders Classic began with a dream. In the
fall of 1997, a group including Dick Pieper, Carol Rose, Tim
McQuay, Pete Kyle, Gary Putman, Robert Chown and Tom
McCutcheon, met and created the NRBC.

Tom McCutcheon - President
Tom
McCutcheon is the chairman of the NRBC board and is a multiple
Futurity finalist, two time NRHA Derby Reserve Champion and
USET Champion. Tom and his wife Mandy have a son, Cade and a

Tim McQuay
Tim McQuay, the NRHA's first-ever $2 MIllion Earner, has won
the NRHA Futurity and Derby as well as an NRBC Championship
and was inducted into the NRHA Hall of Fame in 2000. A
founding director of the NRBC, Tim and his wife Colleen live

Colleen McQuay
Colleen is active in both the Reining world and the
Hunter-Jumper world. She currently serves on the board of the
National Reining Horse Association where she is on the Show
Standard Committee and initiated the NRHA show rating system.
In addition, she serves on the Executive Board Event
Production Committee for the two major NRHA shows, the
Futurity and Derby.
Pete Kyle
Former
AQHA Professional Horseman of the Year, Pete Kyle, is another
of the NRBC's founding directors. Pete, the rider and trainer
of numerous AQHA and NRHA World Champions, wife Tamra and
their sons, Ryan and Reed, live in Whitesboro, Texas. For more

Dell Hendricks
A NRBC
board member since 1999, Dell Hendricks also serves on the
National Reining Horse Association board, and the USEF active
riders committee. AQHA World Champion, NRHA Futurity Champion
